We have taken the antiquated method of tenderizing octopus which was to have it crash against the rocky shores and have developed tumblers to simulate the same process. Our Cuttlefish/Seppia is hand cleaned and tenderized unlike 99% of the cuttlefish in the market. The difference is in the taste and quality come see for yourself!
